How do I use this site?

We've worked very hard to simplify the process to only Four Easy Steps..

Rental rates?

All quoted rental rates are for the Entire Rental Period. You are not charged for days in transit! Click here for: Meeting Room Rates or Laptop Rental Rates

Billing?

You are not charged for days in transit! Rental charges are billed at the start of the rental period. For example, if you rent a laptop for 30 days, you will be billed once at the start of the rental period. If you extend the rental for 15 days, you will be billed at once, if the bill is not paid prior to the end of the existing rental period the rate will be at the daily rate.

Shipping and handling charges?

We DO NOT charge for the days in transit! We provide a variety of shipping choices to suit your own particular circumstances. All return shipments are ground. The method of shipping is solely at our discretion. We also include a prepaid return label for you to return your laptop rental. Cut off for next day delivery is 1pm Pacific Time.

Security deposits?

There is NO security deposit required! However we do require a major credit or debit card to process your order.

Insurance coverage?

We suggest you Call your own homeowners or business insurance carrier, and request for a "rider" to be placed on your policy for the laptop rental period. There is usually no additional charge for this service. We offer insurance coverage on the laptop you rent; this insurance is only active while the laptop is in your position. Our optional insurance is $5 per day on daily rentals, $20 for weekly rentals and $30 for monthly rentals.

What does your Insurance cover?

Accidental damage of the laptop and or the accompanying accessories while they are in your possession. This is not shipping insurance.

What does your Insurance NOT cover?

Theft or loss is not covered Damage of the packaging, damage to the laptop and or the accompanying accessories that is caused by neglect (laptop left in the drive way and it is ran over)

Does your insurance have a deductable?

There is a $25 deductable charge per an incident for accidental damage of the laptop and or the accompanying accessories whilethey are in your possision. This is not shipping insurance.

Credit for early return?

In the event that you need to return a rental earlier than the original rental period, because of a death credit will be applied as follows. Our rate is structured so that there is the first day base rate, (for example $35), and daily rate increments thereafter, again varies from laptop to laptop (for example $25.). Credit for early return is issued on the daily rate increments, based on the lowest average daily rate (multiplied by) the number of days left in the rental period.

How can I find when my laptop is due for return?

Look on your original contract it is written in bold. If have any questions please e-mail the support desk at support@Face2FaceTechnologies.com or call us at 1-800- 734-3590 and we will happily tell you.

What happens when my laptop is due for return?

Your return date is issued the moment your contract is completed. The laptop needs to be postmarked the next day.

Can I extend my laptop rental?

If you decide you still need your laptop at the end of your rental period, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to arrange this. It will be necessary to sign a new contract to cover the extended period, and as such you will be charged at current prices. If you have been paying by a credit card or debit, we can simply extend your current payment method although it will still be necessary to sign a new direct debate agreement.

When do I return my laptop if the agreement ends during a weekend or holiday?

The next business day. You may drop off at many local Office Supply stores ( Staples, Office Depot or Office Max) or take it to your local UPS store.

What should I do if I no longer wish to rent the laptop?

We understand that sometimes you will no longer need the laptop. Please get in touch with the support desk to discuss the matter.

What does my laptop package contain?

• Laptop • Speakers • Power cord • Headphones with microphone • All shipping boxes and packaging • Wireless Data Card • Instructional. Manual Please make sure all parts of the laptop package are present when you return the laptop to us or you will be liable for replacement charges.

What software is included with my laptop?

The following software is included on all laptops as standard: 1.Anti-virus protection 2.Video conferencing software

How can I make my payments?

All payments are to be through the website. If you would like we can help you navigate through the payment process, if you have any questions please email or call.

Is my laptop available for purchase?

Yes, the laptop is available for the price of $2,500. A "rent to buy" option is available when a laptop is rented for 36 months. At the end of the rental agreement, the laptop can be purchased for a small final payment. If your contract runs for less than 36 months at present, you could extend your contract up to the required 36 months and then purchase it.

Who should I inform if I know I will miss a payment?

If you know you will miss your next payment, it is helpful for everyone if you let us know before it is missed so that we can arrange an alternative payment plan. Please call the support desk to let us know so we can make arrangements.

What support is included with my laptop?

Please visit our trouble shooting page on our website. If the problem continues feel free to call our support desk at 1-800-734-3590 and we will do our best to resolve any problems you have.

If the laptop arrives damaged and needs to be sent for repair, am I entitled to a replacement?

We will offer an immediate replacement when a laptop is broken.

Can I take my laptop abroad?

No, The laptop is to remain within the region that it is shipped, unless written approval is give to you from Face 2 Face Technologies is given.

Can I install my own software or games on the laptop?

No, any unauthorized alteration of the software that is installed will be deleted and any associated with support or removal cost will be bill to the client.

Can I alter the laptop?

No, any unauthorized alteration of the laptop that is installed will be removed and any associated with support or removal cost will be billed to the client. We charge $50.00 per hour for software removal.

Do you have a spare battery?

Not at this time.

Return Shipping Fee

Face2Face Technologies charges our customers a flat rate for return shipping. The price closely matches what Face2Face technologies pays to ship the item. However, there may be times when the price that is given will be above and beyond what is actually paid for postage. Ground shipping is used to minimize cost, If there are any excess funds they are used to offset the costs of packaging and labor. Return shipping costs are a fixed feature in mail-order service, and we hope that you will understand.

How long does your battery last?

Because of the difference in care and use of each laptop we cannot guarantee any longevity of the battery. For that reason all units need to be plugged in during the conference.
